doel was per 1 april 87.5 te wegen, ben echt blij dat het gelukt is!! Nu naar 85 kg op 1 mei 😀!!
192.5 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
