Starting over once again after being sick and having to take antibiotics and a steroid pack. Must get over the sugar cravings and seemingly uncontrollable eating. It's a new day!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
