After the Finger Lakes Triathlon, I kinda took a "break"... wasn't eating right, wasn't weighing myself, wasn't exercising as much as I should. Hopefully this is my wake-up call. I need to get back on track.
230.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
