Need about 2.3 Oz net average loss per day to achieve the 1lb per week. Lost only 0.6 lb in 16 days. Achieved only 0.6 Oz net average loss per day over 16 days since last weigh in. Burnt enough calorie but food intake must be reduced too! Did not watch my food intake. Still overall net positive - did not gain any and lost 0.6lbs - let me hope and aim for 1.4 lb / week or 3.2 Oz/day or about 720 net calorie deficit! I can do it!
