Slight weight change, but nothing big.

Went to the Gym this morning. There was 27 of us & each helped push the Sweat 😓!! Of course, the Trainer & everybody else was Visual via ZOOM ..... it took about an hour & burned over 500 calories.

Just before we signed off, each of us said bye to at least 3 people, really increased the friendship!!
166.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
