Well, a new number on the scales...
I really don't feel like I deserve this: my diet has basically pretty much been put on hold for a couple of weeks now, though I'm certainly not quite eating like I used to.
I'm feeling a bit under the weather this week too, so maybe that's giving me a bit of a boost in terms of eating less.
It's pretty much a given that I'm going to miss my target of 203 by my birthday, which is this Friday, but it was always a pretty tight goal anyway, so I'm not too upset about it.
I do however need to get back on track with this: I don't want to waste the hard work I have already done!
