Well I managed to put on .4kg this week :( That wouldn't be the end of the world (no pun intended) if it didn't feel like I was on a diet all week !! I don't mind putting a bit of weight on if I've been eating hamburgers, chocolate, and drinking beer all week, but I've been reasonably good and I still put on weight. It's a little dis heartening.
So who can I blame this week for the weight gain ? Obviously it's the Corona Virus's fault !! Firstly I was planning on going back to the gym this week (honest !!! I know I had put it off for 3 months, but this week was the week :) ) and now it's closed. And then we have the isolation thing. I stocked up on 2 weeks of food and snacks - unfortunately I had finished the 2 weeks of snacks in the first 3 days !! So that didn't work out well.
The only good thing that might come of this virus thing is that I am unable to go out and drink (and I do like to do that), and I'm not much of a drinker at home, so I think going forward it might work out well for my weight loss (might offset the extra snacks ;) )
According to my goal I have set (80kg by June 30) I should be 87.3 at the moment, so I am 1.4kg the wrong side of that.Time to reel that back in I think, use this bloody virus thing as a catalyst for healthy eating.
On a serious note, stay safe, and stay indoors for a few weeks so we can piss this virus thing off. That way the important things in life can return - like the pubs re-opening ;)

PS, I have a holiday booked for 24th June, if this could all be over by then it would be greatly appreciated :)
