Workout #15 for March, #49 for 2020 this morning in garage. Workout #14 for March, #48 for 2020 was on Sunday, walking. Still a good pace for March and a great pace for 2020. However, it's only my second workout in last 9 days. It's not the world's biggest problem, but I've really been disrupted by global pandemic on my exercise routine, and gained a couple pounds from sitting. Something to be aware of and modify. Working on improving home workout routine. This morning's was boring and silly. But I did it, and that is a start. I need to start logging what went well and do more of that, and what I tried, for ideas and tracking purposes.
