Being a woman with hormonal changes is not always so nice when u see weight fluctuating... n I know I tend to retain water during my cycle.... but still.... it sucks! Sorry, just feeling sorry for myself a bit!💃.... lets just keep on going on💃
239.2 lb Lost so far: 33.3 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
