Det som fick min viktminskning att öka var att jag började äta färre komhydrater och mer protein samt nyttigt fett. Avokado, ägg, räkor, olivolja osv. Det skapade mättnad.
163.1 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
