Lockdown making it hard to stick to my IF. Didn’t realize how idle I get, and just want to snack!
160.9 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Having the same problem. I’m not going to get a good result on my weigh in day either... hopefully we will eventually adapt💖

Just keep busy and don't think about food. U feel hungry have water. Still hungry, more water

Me too 😭😭😭. This lockdown is not doing my IF any good. So so hard to be disciplined.

Yeah, I really think there is a major psychological component here, outside comfort zone (even though it’s home), country in crisis, lack of future certainty... it could be causing a rush to seek out those high carb foods, lack of self control, and so on... so I think it’s okay to allow ourselves a little room for “failure”... and also learn from that, so we move forward on our fitness journeys stronger.

I think the biggest positive I did for myself was to not get processed snacks. I froze my berries and some grapes and that's what I snack on and that has definitely helped keep me on track. You will be fine. One day at a time ❤️
