Well, sheltering at home has its downside. Hard to avoid the snacking, beer, wine, etc. So the pounds slowly appear overnight and show on the scale in the morning :-)

Time to jump back on the wagon, avoid all the carbs, and get the weight back down. Much harder to do when also avoiding trips to the market for supplies, but have to give it a good try.
235.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.1 lb a week
