It's been a difficult week, I am having to let my maid go (she has worked for me for a year)as I am in the at risk category but have paid her for 3 months and once this is over hopefully she will come back.
I hope everyone is keeping safe.🙏
164.2 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
