Down 2.6 pounds.🤓❤️
Now per CDC BMI calculator I am over weight, BMI 29.7.
I did the stairs 1 X , Air walker ⏱time 5 minutes🚶🏻‍♀️step count 341. I was getting more time and steps. I will have to work my way up again.
That bronchitis kicked my butt . But I will bounce back. 🙏🙏🙏❤️😄
The day is 🥶 cold out with huge black 🌩 clouds. I hear thunder occasionally there maybe some ☔️ rain in the near future.
