Started a contest at Snap this week. It is really cool! You get 1 point for 30 minutes of cardio and 1 point of strength training plus you can get a bonus point for the Challenge of the day. I got three points yesterday. This should be a lot of fun. I hope to reach 235# by the end of the 5 week game. We will see how that goes.
243.4 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
