Lol one small breakfast and over 900kcl. Oven flatbread, mini meatballs dipped in chill olil. I need today something spycy hot and rich. Now I will pray to burn that out 😁🤣🤣🤣. Still big ass, still heavy as hell but happy to be on good track 😁
244.5 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
