Dropped but only back to where I was for the past week or so. And maybe cos yesterday had a crap day at work and literally didn’t eat until 6pm last night. One meal all day Just can’t get it to keep dropping like before. A friend is taking keto BHB And it’s working. Anyone out there know about it or take it by any chance???????
