Over 2kg down. So I keep 200 kcl per day plus gym and walks I try to burn everyday around 500kcl co my daily intake is around 1500kcl. So far is working. I eat everything I don't starving myself. One week 2 kg down 😁
244.5 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
