I had a gain last week but was back on track this week so I think water weight must have added to the original gain because I’ve never lost this much this quick! Felt so discouraged by the gain that I almost fell back into bad habits but this was a good lesson not to! :)

197.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
