I moved to Ukraine and started eating a million carbs a day. After living here 7 months, I finally got a chance to weigh myself at a friend's house. I found that I had gained 20 pounds. 20 POUNDS. I've never been incredibly active, and I've never been good at controlling my intake of food. I always ate what I wanted, when I wanted it. I'm not only trying to lose some of the weight I've lost and to get healthy... I'm trying to develop self-control and motivation. I'm done crossing my fingers. It's time to get to work.
