I hate weighing myself. I have to realize that weight is a tool and not the main point i am relying on to show progress and success. To be honest I really was hoping to below 250Lbs today. I started in late January and basically in 2 1/2 months i have lost 12lbs. This is not a sprint, it's a marathon.
