I never was skinny. In my case when I say I have heavy bones it's true. Even if i will have 50kg I still will look chunky. But last couple of years I jus lose control of my life. I eat when I bored when I'm stressed... Last year I had back injury what put me out of service for long time and I gain lots of weight. I didn't notice that well I did but I don't bother till my mom die in age just 60. My mom die from bowel cancer and doctor said with her health condition before that was expected. Funny thing I have the same health conditions what my mom had. High blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol. My womb was removed in age 32 because I had cancer. So I said to myself enough. I am 39 and in good way to die in similar age like my mom. So I quit smoking 6 months ago and now I decided to go to gym be more active and stop eat rubbish food. 😊
249.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
