I've been feeling really good... It's not at the rate I would like but perfection takes time...
I feel great... especially about the choices I've made...
I've been making healthy meals at home... I made chili with ground turkey yesterday... I'm definitely proud of that... I never thought I would ever get into eating THAT healthy... But I really want this... I'm very serious about loosing all this baby fat... and living a healthier lifestyle...
