These pass couple of weeks have been hard. I've been moving & now everything with coronavirus going on. I haven't been able to get to gym that often. I'm trying to walk everyday & planning to run the local track next my house in the future as well as trying out online workouts. I'm still glad to see a drop. Time to care of myself & continue my way down.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
