Yep, the scale doesn't lie. I could say this gain is from a bunch of things, but to cut to the chase--I'm going through some emotional stuff, quitting smoking sucks too, my will power is weak right now. Going to try and gather my strength for the rest of the week. The weekends always seem to get me though. I know it's one day at a time but man, this is frustrating.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
