I did my Sweatin' to the Oldies exercise. fun fun
155.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

is it with richard simmons? I think I use to have this vhs tape like 20 years ago.. love dancing type excercises.. Zumba is so much fun too..

i have that too! it was my mom's. young folks at work laughed at me when i told them i was doing it...until i challenged them😁

Yeah it's with Richard Simmons. I love it. It's an oldie but a goodie. I've done Zumba also that is fun too.
