Phew! I've been having a bad few days because of family visits and going out to restaurants with them. I got into the mindset of eating whatever I wanted, and convinced myself it was okay as long as I documented it - what was I thinking! I even tried to justify it by inputting all the possible ways I may have burnt calories that way - I put driving into the exercise planner!
In the end though, it's weigh in day and I'm feeling relieved. I thought the most I could hope for this week was no change, but I've managed to lose half a kilo! Feeling so happy :)
