A small weight increase but I can live with that as know I have lost centimetres. Busy week, out 3 times for dinners and lunch but have eaten strictly keto. On this WOE my aches and pains subside and no more hot sweats. Have a good week everyone.😎
164.2 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
