I'm excited to be back on my diet again. I lost out for a few months, there were other things in my life that made so that my health and physical activities took the back burner.

Losing weight will not just happen. It needs focus. It is easier to just live life and whatever happens happens. But that will not bring me the results I want for my life.

Focus and what you want and do the small things you need to do to get there.

The Medifast fits my lifestyle very well.
**I don't need to go grocery shopping (and being tempted to buy that {just one} food that I know I shouldn't).
**It is quick to grab when it is time to eat.
**I can grab my 5 meals for the day in the morning.
**I start my day and have my phone set with alarms at the right eating intervals.

It works for me.

I lost 20# in 6 weeks of being on the diet.
281.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 131.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
