Alcohol is my downfall, I need to give it up :(
236.4 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too, so many calories in white wine and in lager. Learning to have a bottle of lager as a treat every now and then. So tough!!

just try it for 30 days and see the difference. I gave up alcohol over a year ago ( just have a little on Birthdays n xmas ) if your like me after a few drinks the next day I just ate everything I could get my hands on! x

very tough. love red wine too much and don't stop at a glass. so now I restricted myself to one weekend a month..and today's the day 🎆🎇🎆

You don’t have to give it up just reduce the quantity you drink and you should be fine. Xx

I drink a bottle of honey jack Daniels per week. The problem when I’ve had a few drinks Is I tend to snack.

I have no off button when drinking, so I just stopped and feel better for it. Hope you find the balance that I never could.
