Well, I walked a ton in DC yesterday with my sister and a few friends, but I cheated and had a java chip frap, and last night went to a bowling alley birthday party for another friend where I had a diet soda (because I needed the caffeine!).
So I'm bummed to loose some progress, but I will just had to work a little harder today!
On the plus side, walking 5 miles yesterday hurt a lot less than when I walked the 5 miles last sunday in dc.
