I ate very little yesterday, was in a grump - so I think this steep drop is just a reflection of that and may be up again tomorrow but hey ho - I do like seeing big drops when I do so I'll take it with a smile 😉🥊
170.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
