Down another .400g
So after only ONE week of keto diet I have lost 2.4 in total
6.6 since starting this app !
It’s quite unbelievable
I seriously suggest anyone struggling to lose weight out there ........ do yourself a favour and at least give keto a crack
Just one week and I am sure u will see results
I follow a girl called Ally McWowie
She’s on you tube and Instagram
American. Lost 77kg on keto
Very inspirational girl
176.4 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
