Weiß nicht was los ist 😦
Habe nichts an meinem Essverhalten zu den letzten Wochen geändert&es geht dennoch in die falsche Richtung 😞
181.9 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
