I was wanting to start my fruit and veggie cleanse, but was unsuccessful with that. As the weekend is here and I forgot about several events where I will be away from home, and it happens to be one of those cleanses where home is where you need to be.. *hint hint*.. I opted to try and aim for as many of the fruits and veggies I have bought instead of ONLY them! I'm happy I haven't gained anything But I would like to see some loss now as I have held my same weight for about 3 weeks now. So on Monday, back to my week where I have no outing plans, I will start my cleanse ( WITH NO EXCUSES, I WILL TACKLE THE EMBARRASSMENT IF I HAVE TO ).
