Really pleased to lose 3lb this week, don't feel like I've eaten less but recording it has made me think before tucking in!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1576 kcal Fat: 64.72g | Prot: 35.50g | Carb: 218.05g.   Breakfast: Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Lurpak Lighter Spreadable Butter. Lunch: Coca-Cola Diet Coke (Can), Maoz Beets Salad, Cheese Sandwich. Dinner: Beef or Meat Gravy, Breaded or Battered Potato French Fries. Snacks/Other: Tunnock's Caramel Milk Chocolate Wafer, Red Lobster Strawberry Daiquiri, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Cadbury's Boost, Tea with Milk. more...
