I made it!!!

July 13th - 217.5 pounds...
September 24th - 185.0 pounds!

32.5 pounds in 74 days...which works out to .44 pounds per day which is about 3 lbs per week. I have to say that I am very proud of myself...for finally getting over the hump and getting to this place. I think I look better...and I KNOW I feel better...

Now - I don't think I'm done. I feel like I might have another 10 lbs to go...hard to tell. But I'm back in my 34 jeans which feels great...and my old XL shirts are way too big. So I'm going to reset my goal to 175 and see what that looks and feels like on me....

185.0 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
