I never realized how hard it is to lose weight when your full of anxiety or someone is pushing your buttons and hurting your feelings, I either go off on them or go into myself and not care about what I eat, I realized the last time I weighed myself that I had to stop the self destructive behavior and for the most part I have, I've lost the 3 lbs I gained the last time!! I got to keep reminding myself that I can't use other peoples bad behavior that hurt's me lead to to sabotaging myself!!
200.2 lb Lost so far: 31.9 lb.    Still to go: 70.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
