Protein and more Protein... But the Carbs seemingly are so effin hard to eliminate. I'm pleased with my weigh in this morning. All is going according to plan.
126.7 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
