This honestly feels amazing. I haven’t been in the 240’s for about 2 years. To get here took strong willpower, knowing when to say no, understanding my body, accepting when life happens and my body tells me to eat pizza for three days straight lol, knowing when to take a break from weighing in so I won’t get discouraged, and being consistent in eating CLEAN. I still have some ways to go but I’m feeling very positive. Let’s keep going!
