Woah!!! I feel so much better. I can eat 3 big meals + snacks without feeling bad. I can gain weight knowing that it's ok, and not wanting to restrict my diet. I'm finally getting over my eating disorder and I'm so proud of myself. I've come so far from where I was even just 2 months ago 😊 feeling much happier in myself and with life.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
