I feel like I'm not doing well. I haven't been able to go to any of my support group meetings. I take classes at the local community college, and my two sons have activities that make attending anything else ultimately impossible. I guess I have just dropped the ball. Wish me luck.

255.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
