Mixed emotions today. Weight is up but inches are down.
Hips 37 (down 1/2)
Waist 33 (down 1)

Notice my body shape improve, improvement in digestive system, overall complexion is better.
Down from wearing size 12 to 10. Doubt I will ever reach size 8 🤷‍♀️
Hopefully my diet changes will kick in with next weeks weigh in
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
