Nothing seems to change much. I lot another .7kg this week - not great, but not bad. I am still drinking with my mates on Saturdays. I am still finding excuses to not go to the gym :) Still paying for it, so I bet they love that :)
I'm still on track to be under 80kg by end of June (currently 5th June).
I have a bad weekend (long weekend in SA) coming up. Drinking with my mates on Saturday, and my brothers 50th on Sunday - which will definitely involve more drinking. So I think basically any loss next week will be good.
I'm planning to cut back on the drinking on Saturdays soon (not for a few weeks), so that should help with the weight loss.
Oh, I have never had a check up at a doctors - seriously, never ! So my Dad had a stroke last year and I was at the rehab place (he is fine now) and they took his blood pressure. As a bit of fun (not as much really) I got them to do mine. Well, the nurse was ready to book me in on the spot ! Apparently my blood pressure was dangerously high. This was November last year. I am finally booked into see a doctor on Tuesday (after a big weekend of drinking - that should work out well :) ).
I figure I am eating pretty well, and I am losing weight, so it should be getting better ? Who knows - well I suppose he will on Tuesday ;) Hopefully all is good. I am not sure if they still do the finger up the bum thing ? I saw a pic of the doctor on the website and he looks like a big bloke, so that can't be good. Hopefully they get a small asian woman to do that test ?
I'm sure it will all be fine.

A loss of weight is a loss, at least you did not gain. I agree with parksy64 🤣 enjoyable read.
