Started up P90X3 this week. Diet plays a HUGE part in weight loss, maybe the most. Now with weight training it should accelerate that and make me more flexible. Lets see what my results will be for summer!
198.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

I probably fell off P90X3 at about a month. Life with a non-sleeping toddler will do that.
