EVERY DAY, 1 HOUR OF CARDIO

150 ABDOMINALS 3 TIMES PER WEEK

SPINNING 1 OR 2 TIMES PER WEEK

SIT UPS 100
139.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
