I haven't been on much lately to write in my food journal but I have been sticking with the program with just a few minor set backs...Luckily I haven't gained any weight because I went way over yesterday with Chinese food and this whole week I have been eating way too many Atkins products. I've just had such a sweet tooth and the Atkins products were the next best thing that could relieve my sweet cravings this week. So I already figured this week I would stay the same weight. But it's okay because I am back on track thanks to some visual inspiration which involved video of me at damn near 200 lbs at my parents house. That video definitely helped me get back the fire I had in the beginning towards losing weight. I looked horrible, granted I just had a baby but damn I looked a mess. Well only 10 more pounds until my mini goal which I wanted to achieve by November 11th but we'll see. Going to have to go hard if I want to come close. Definitely not expecting to reach it but I will try for 6lbs.....Wish me luck!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I love Chinese and I miss it with all of my being...lol...dramatic, but seriously, I do. Last week I ate way too many low carb ice cream popsicles, and sugar free chocolate puddings because I was craving sweets during TOM.... and I'm sure that affected my weight loss this week...so just get back on track today and it'll come off. Watch out for those atkins products. I try to limit mine to emergencies only. They don't keep me full very long and it's better to get your carbs from "real" food...they're great in a pinch, though...I do eat them a couple times a week...
