Same as yesterday
Done a lot of reading re keto and carbs. Looked back on diary and on days that I had eaten only 900 or so calories my carbs were hovering up around the high 40-50 mark
Keto should be ideally 20 and no more than 50
My carbs were things like sweet potato not white
Beetroot
Carrots
And rice cakes instead of bread or a wrap as was half the calories
So. Armed with all that going to really hit the keto now I know possibly where was going wrong
Calories were good
Carb count too high for keto
181.7 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
