Starting over-AGAIN. I realized that I haven't really been trying that hard but I have been whining in my head-alot. So less whining, more doing.
Besides I like salads, I like chicken, I like jello, I like veggies and fruit.
I signed up for a harder program at my gym too at least once a week. I only have 2 months left of my challenge!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
