Ate Mexican food for lunch. it felt good after a hard workout this morning. We'll see what it does to my weight tomorrow. It did wonders for my fiber intake, with the beans!
125.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
